ive just been learning how to climb on an indoor wall, it was so much fun, shall be doing some more next week i think.

will probably hurt in the morning. i have more upper body strength than i thought i had tho, the scrawny wimp that i am.

anyone else done any proper climbing before? or do so regularly?
