I bought some tickets for my sister and her now ex-boyfriend and now because they aren't going seetickets won't refund me the full amount. They're keeping the booking fee with comes to £43 in total which is fucking ridiculous!
Has anyone else suffered at the hands of their asshole refund policy and more importantly know any way i can get my £43 back?
