I was thinking either writing (wanting to write about music but it coming out as shit is really annoying), photography (when i see good examples of it i'm jealous, and i'd like to portray my view of the world if that makes sense), or guitar playing (because it would be cool and fun and stuff).

You have to give reasons. And these skills develop overnight, you don't have to work at them.
