A guy I work with runs a drag and tranny night in Glasgow every month. I missed it last month 'cos I was going down to London to visit my dad, but was really looking forward to going to the next one, which is tommorrow. Me and five friends were planning on going together and were planning on dressing super glamorous; platforms, extra long eyelashes, et cetera. One of my friends had to move to Edinburgh last week 'cos he couldn't afford his rent here anymore and has to stay with his parents for a couple of weeks, another of my friends is visiting parents in Aberdeen and the other three can't get the night off work, so none of them can go anymore. I was thinking on maybe going myself as I was sure I'd meet someone there I know (I know far too many trannies not to, he he), but was a bit nervous incase I didn't and looked stupid standing about by myself and getting the late night bus home from Glasgow all dolled up alone. Now I've been asked to cver a shift at work 'til eleven and they didn't really give me a chance to say now. I'm uber let down 'cos I've not been out in ages and now I'll be spending my Saturday bored at work before trudging home to just sleep. Urgh! Also, to make it worse, I was gonna go to the cinema and for drinks with a friend tonight too, who has just cancelled for no reason.

Sorry for the extensive whinge. But don'tcha just hate being disapointed? Anyone else gonna have a sucky weekend or are you all out having fun just to spite me?
