Seeing as everyone on this board seems to be allowed an iPod 'help' thread, I thought I'd use my allowance.

My iPod keeps crashing. I've had it for about 7 months and recently it has started freezing during playback. The buttons on the click wheel don't work either, and I have to reset the iPod to start playback.

I'm beginning to wish I had not bought it here in Doha, as getting a new one out of the dimwits at Carrefour will be a total shitfight.

So, any suggestions - apart from buying a Creative, of course?
