i find the MFI advert quite discomforting

sarahhh [Edit] [Delete] 12:54, 1 July '07

where the teenage girl comes in 'late', and is being screamed at by a really ugly woman, who can't actually alter her vocal range, so pipes as loud as she can.
the camera follows the girl trying to get away from her parents, whilst shouting 'leave me alone'.

what i thought was going to be an advert for child protection, (like an advert ages ago, where there are numerous voices shouting LISTENNN) actually turned out to be an MFI shitty fucking sofa advert.

this advert really infuriates me. why do we need a furniture advert to show that teenagers are 'moody' and 'unreliable', that's normal isnt it?
but what i found most discomforting, was the level of shouting and body language towards the girl, which i see to be quite threatening and which fails to acknowledge that teenagers/people like the 'girl who came in late', do not always have a huge MFI warehouse to escape to.
