In response to the 'nice people' thread, what gives with THEM?

Dropped on their heads at birth?

Horribly scarred by traumatic incidents, thus untrusting and abusive from the outset?

Selfish?

Nature or nuture..?

'Having a bad day?'

No social skills?

I don't get it.
