But basically instead of Royal Mail they're now using HDNL who are a private firm who get in contractors to make deliveries. This is current status of my order:

Apparently they've been trying to deliver it every week day since Wednesday and even carded me. As I work from home and have gone through the mail several times I know this is bollocks.

Looking on line it seems this is now a common issue for those of us who pick 'super saver delivery' and apparently they're starting to use them for other deliveries as well, now. Also very damaged parcels or parcels just left in the rain outside houses.

Assuming this ever arrives I reckon it may be the last thing I'll risk ordering off them. :(
