i'm a bit out of touch with all these herbal things, they used to come in capsules and you used to get a caffiene ruch for a bit. But i got some for a friend yesterday and they seemed to have loads of varieties.

Can anyone recommend any at all as i'm not very well stocked on other things at the moment.

what sorts of effects are available as well? it seems that there are myriad different things, that aren't all based on being fake E or speed.
