It's okay to talk about dieting and working out too.

But, for the love of Christ, would you shut the fuck up about how you just can't shift the weight when you NEVER take the lift and are up out of your chair every 5 minutes to go and buy a Kit Kat Chunky, Galaxy cake bar, crinkle cut Mini Cheddars and a bag of McVities cookies from the vending machine.
