Internal search= Piss fucking poor.

If I am gonna search for someones name, I want to be able to filter the results, so I don't see an endless parade of gibbering yanks. I don't need it proved to me that there are more than 500 american 'jim sullivan's, 'david morgan's and 'paul johnson's, I could have guess this myself. What I would like to be able to do is use some sort of advanced search facility to make sure I find the correct one of those commonly named university chums.
