in Burnley. This was the first time I've been out in Burnley since about Christmas or something, because the nightlife consists of the polar extremes of terrible dance music or RAAAAAAAAAAAAAR noise.

The bar was on a rooftop. It was nice, and there was a big terrace with palm trees and stuff, and it didn't seem very Burnleyish. Everyone there was horrible. They were all either my age or younger, or pushing 50, and trying to look youthful, by having one of those horrible mullet hair cut things with 'in' clothes on. Then there was a multitude of skinheads, looking for coke and slag.

They're all really insecure about themselves. They constantly check their haircuts and stuff, and when they dance, they all look around cautiously to check if anyone's laughing at them.

So I got in a taxi at 23:24 and JUST got home in time for Fonejacker, which was a million times better than the club.
