on the news tonight they were discussing the bin collection and recycling problems in oxford and the smell that is created as the bins are not collected often enough.....An Oxford council woman said 'in order to stop the attraction of vermin and fly's you must tightly knot your rubbish bags and put them in your wheelie bin with the lid firmly closed' the news correspondant then quite rightly went on to say 'what if the lid cannot close, because there is too much rubbish as it is not collected enough?' and that STUPID woman replied 'well in that case people are throwing too much away.....silly old hag.
