I live across from a park. Sometimes they get in a PA and bouncy castle etc. I assumed that's what's been going on all day but was wondering why there wasn't the usual accompanying kids voices etc. Instead it's some tit along the street from me with his speakers at his window playing some R.Kelly/Puff Daddy type shite at full volume. This has been going on for about four hours. If I have my windows open it's drowning out my own music in the house.

Is this just a sign of old age and loss of tolerance or should there be summary executions for fucking with peoples heads through bad music at excessive volume ?
