Got an urgent problem - one flatmate is leaving my flat and I am in desperate need of finding someone to move in this week if possible...

The double room is available from Wednesday (25th) - is in a modern flat in Brockley (next to New Cross) and sharing with me and another guy.

Rent is very low at 300GBP per month (exc bills) and a deposit of 320GBP is also needed.
