The widespread rape, disease and death mean house prices are ridiculously low. The commute wouldn't be too bad either. You just change at Switzerland, make sure you have enough money (and small arms) to bribe the Sudanese customs officials and any other officials, police, bureaucrats, civil servants or soldiers you meet, and it's all good.
