someone asked me what I'm doing at the weekend and I mentioned that I'm playing a gig at Clwb Ifor Bach so I was treated to a 10 minute remniscence about some guy he knows who works the door and how this guy keeps bees and had an irish wolfhound and drives second hand cars and once lived in pontcanna and some joke that said guy told at a dinner part about 12 years ago and how his now ex wife (susan!) was a very good cook.

He was chuckling the whole way through like it was the most amusing set of unconnected nonsense he'd ever heard.

somebody kill me if i don't get out of this job soon.
