The first interview:
The first interview takes places in Human Resources and has the purpose of giving an impression of the applicant as a person. The interview only touches on the position to a limited extent as well as the applicant’s professional qualifications. As part of the interview, the applicant will carry out 2 personnel tasks: a logical task and a personal profile analysis. In connection with the interview, the applicant will receive feedback on the completed tasks.
