Woooooooooooop.

I need some advice on an ebay matter. I won a laptop from a guy a couple of weeks ago. I paid straight away and got an email from the chap saying he would post it the following day.

Then it got weird..... He emailed me mid week owning up to fake bidding but begged me to carry on with the sale. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (that's the short version). A few days later he decided not to sell it after all! Me=not pleased. I asked for a refund. After a day or two he changed his mind AGAIN and declined my money request. (i'm starting to get a bit nervous about a possible scammer 'ere) This carried on for about a week blah blah...

Today, he called me and gave a full refund and asked/told me to leave good feedback!??!!

What do I do? If I leave negative, I'll get negative back. If I leave positive I'm a wuss and neutral is a bit pointless as nothing was really achieved.

What would you do? What WOULD you do??
