our internet in our office got cut off, so we took a long lead down from the office upstairs (with their permission and ting)

before, my internet was well slow, but the rest of the office's was plenty good

when we were borrowing, my internet was fine and everyone else's was ok

now we're back on the our own line and its slow again

any obvious things that would lead to this?
