Re. compiling the filed lists of people with whom you are quainted that you keep stored on your PC, how detailed are your descriptions?

Not being an arrogant or presumptuous person, I tend to keep the descriptions to a minimum, preferably a single word or short phrase. Therefore, I know that I am relying on a snap judgement rather than assuming I have the ability to understand someone's personality - I think such an approach is more honest.

So, I have just three columns: Personality, Money and Chances. The first column typically will include comments such as "Idiot", "Nice", "None", the second "Broke", "Career", "Parents" and the third "None", "Not applicable", "She wants me" or "Can't tell".

What do you do?
