its been crashing whenever i play certain songs, and though i can avoid it by not playing them, i can never seem to get a full collection of music without some of the songs freezing the bastard and requiring a reset

The hold button has also stopped working this morning, causing the volume to vary wildly as i walk with it in my pocket. Added to the fact that it blanked itself a couple of months ago things aren't looking good

So, to people whose iPods have irreversibly broken: did you have any signs similiar to these? Is mine on its deathbed?
