ive never done this before, i dont feel ill or anything but about 10 mins ago i was clearing out the back of my throat and all this sick just came out out of nowhere. Then about 2mins ago i was blowing my nose and this big bit of meat from my dinner came out my nose, i thought it was just a big bogey blocking it but it was a bit of meat. it took some blowing to get out.

needless to say i ate it again, waste not want not.

anyone ever been sick without warning?
