Essentially, it comes down to this: What is the greater breach of human rights?

a) Deporting a convicted criminal to the country of his birth after he has served his time in jail - even though he only lived there until he was five, doesn't speak the language and doesn't know anyone in the country.

b) Allowing the criminal to stay in this country after his release from prison, leading to a situation where presumably he can stalk the victims of his crime, going "nyaahh!" for the rest of his life.
