I swear I only do my job at (at best) 40% of the speed, efficiency which I'm actually capable. The rest of the time I waste on the internet, on email or just generally procrastinating.

I'm guessing anyone on DiS at the moment isn't quite as efficient as they could be but am I particularly bad?
