in a cheap rehearsal space?

but it's nothing special.

Here's the story.

The cheapest rehearsal studio in london is closing down and a couple of bands are currently homeless but we are not setting foot in bonafide again.

A friend of mine has just bought a massive derelict victorian arcade in mile end.

He's just gutted the place out and told me i can use the basement for rehearsals.

As a number of friends from different bands wanted to use the place for free i thought it would be good to create a shared space for us all. However it looks like drummers and bassists are the stingiest musicians and don't like sharing their amps/kits.

Then I came up with an idea to buy the equipment myself and charge a modest fee for rehearsal use.

We can rig up two or three rooms and the guy that owns the building will say he will do the required mods in a few days and add a reception.

Hoping to have 3 rooms with a drumkit, pa, 1 bass amp and 1 guitar amp in each.

And nothing else.

No recording.

No tea and biscuits.

A soggy sofa after the sprinklers went off.

There is a bathroom though currently used by chinese builders.

Well?
