i am 25 right now so we are talking shows from 15ish years ago.

1st show - about a boy who sold his laugh to a man who couldn't laugh. this man may or may not have been the devil and the boy may or may not have seen his dad die in a plane crash. the show may or may not have been german and dubbed. sorry for sketchy details. if you know the show though you will know what i'm talking about.

2nd show - something to do with a boy who went to the mall where there was a very strange clock. he had a marble or something. also sometimes there was a tv gameshow going on in a different world populated by androids and i think his family. and it would cut between these things. it was probably from new zealand.

any help or other vague memories would be muchly appreciated.
