Then...
I saw another friend from the past!
His name's doug and hes also really cool.

But...

He was being followed around by some guys from my school, who i see pretty much every day. This one guy was trying to pick a fight with him, and they were basically following him down the street adn punching them on the back of his head. He was just walking off and trying to ignore them(doug).

I spoke to one of them after and apparently doug had reported one of the to the police for punching him previously, and it had cost the guy £120 or something. The guy was in a rage.
What should I have done? I couldnt have gone "leave him along, he's cool", it was beyond that. I feel really guilty now about not doing anything, but im not sure what i couldave done. What should I have done?

Anwyway, I hope he's alright.
