Briefly put...I'm living with 3 other people all who have good jobs in the city. Me, i'm about to start a masters at UCL. So as i'm a student my parents need to be guarentors for my rent. But now the landlord has come back saying my parents need to be guarentors for EVERYONE in the house. This doesnt make sense to me at all! my parents are refusing (which i understand) and now it looks like we may lose the house!

does anyone have any advice. I think there's little we can do as we haven't actually signed the contract yet.
