FUCKING HELL.

I've just been woken up by (what I thought was a man) on the street screaming... for a full fifteen minutes... I have never heard anyone quite so loudly on the street yelling - as though he were a heroin victim going cold turkey and facing his darkest demon, as though he was at the gates of hell meeting Lucifer himself, as though his limbs were being severed, one by one in slow, methodological precision. I actually called the police and reported this... even the cop on the phone was like, 'that sounds really bad - we'll send someone there immediately'...

Within seconds a police van appeared... I'm still have asleep right now but it's pretty fucking bad.. I've lived here for over a year now and this is the first time I've experienced this, in the lovely Shoreditch... Hmmm...

*I snuck my head out of the window and it appeared to be a man / woman ( ie I can't tell the sex of this person)... ummm.... it's still going..

Is there anywhere on the human rights bill that is against human tranquilisation..?? Via dart? from 50m away? Cause I'm considering it..
