We have had no hot water since Sunday. On Monday, our letting agent phoned and said a plumber would come round. I heard nothing more, so today I phoned him. He said, 'oh yeah, a plumber came round yesterday, apparently it's worse than we thought and it will take a day or two to fix, so I'm going to phone him today and book him in.' BOOK HIM IN?! I'm never going to be able to have a wash again.
