It's really fucking annoying.

The person I work with seems to constantly either be on leave, on sick leave, at medical appointments or leaving early.

I'm sure she does have genuine health problems that do mean she needs the appointments etc., and contribute to the sick leave, but it's such a pain being alone in my office for most of the afternoon, when there's 3 phones in here that could start ringing, a succession of people coming through the door and my own work to be getting on with.

Anyone else have absent colleage related problems?
