should someone be punished for getting off on a photo like that? if the photo itself is of something innocent - in this case, kids, naked as they are. but, in the taking of the photo were not abused in any way.... what's wrong about someone using it as porn? aside from the revulsion that we feel thinking about kids/sex, which, is horrible. but isn't that because we've been conditioned to think that?
