right, so i went to call my girlfriend on my house phone. when i pick up the phone, people are having a conversation on my line. every time i turn the phone on to dial, this conversation is still going until about 5 minutes later when just as i'm about to play cutting pink with knives down the phone as an experiment, they hang up. and i have dial tone again.

so, is someone in my phonelinez stealin mi calltimez or is this just a random odd occurence?
