is anyone affected by this?

It's been legal for me to smoke for a year, and now that I've started actually using tobacco, the age has gone up and I'll have to wait a year again until I can buy it legally. This is a TAD annoying. Anyone else fussed about it?

They better not change the drinking age when I turn 18 :|
