So, I'm applying for a job at HMV - and i'm stuck :( I am rubbish at these stupid customer service questions:

-"what do you consider determines excellent customer service? give a brief example of when you have executed this skill?"
-"give an example of when you have promoted a new idea or changed a way of doing things in your current/previous job?"
-"Briefly explain why you are applying to HMV. How does this fit with your career aspirations?"
How do I phrase it: "I am in desperate need of cash if I want to be able to go to college and have a social life at all?"

Another asks me how much I expected to be paid! I hate application forms :(
