Have you ever rejected an apology?

I have once or twice, but only when the apologiser is beyond forgiveness. I've had a couple of grovelling, pitiful crawlbacks aimed my way, and been forced to laugh at them or told them to go away.

Its funny, because it makes them reeeeeeally hate you even more. I think it actually sends people mad, because both the people that've been turned down by me have gone into psychopathic hate campaigns towards me - ultimately forgetting the fact I wasn't bothered the first time.
