I recently had this head trauma thing and my sinuses are really messed up. Mouth breathing sucks big time!

I can feel my nasal passages starting to clear a little bit (so I'm hopeful its not permanent) and maybe you guys have some advice here. So far I'm just doing hot showers and that little nasal breathing device.
