well I've been 'hunting' for a job for a few weeks now, in your experience how long would you say it normally takes for people to get back to you? I realise this entirely depends on the place and so on, but if someone could give me a rough estimate? and if they decided not to employ you, they'd call you, right?

I hate all this hanging around waiting to find out if I'm actually going to get a job or not.
