But is it illegal? And if so why? I get why its icky etc and damaging to the gene pool, but then there doesn't seem to be laws against other sexual pairings that could produce degenerative offspring.

Apparently there is a theory that long-lost siblings will be sexually attracted to eachother if they unknowingly meet as adults...
