is the premise of a combination half decent psuedo-clubnight with community gaming (i.e. multiplayer Halo extravaganzas or Pro Evolution Soccer tournaments) massive projector screen, plus the proximity of alcohol, a good one?

I mean not like a quiet night in a bar that has a few games consoles in it on a sunday, I mean a proper night out that involves ace music AND the opportunity to challenge randoms in public on things. Perhaps with reward elements.

This sort of sounds like something i want to happen, and perhaps something I might want to make happen.
