I had a job interview last week. I thought it went quite well. Answered all their questions, matched the required experience/qualifications, and I even showed off by displaying some knowledge of the newspaper's owner and sister publications. But, as is the way with such things, you never can tell

I *think* the interview was last Tuesday, and when I left they said "we'll let you know next week". It's now Friday afternoon of said week, and I've heard nothing

Do I ring? Or will that make me look pushy and... like a prick?

I'm starting to get desperate for a job. And this one has a multicoloured cow in the reception. That's how WACKY they are
