Day from hell part 2 (I knew there would be a sequel)...

I reached that point of 'spazzing out' at work today - I've had some psycho woman on my case for two days (from another company we have partnered up for a project) who has NO IDEA what she is talking about (my bosses support me 300%).

I rarely lose my cool like that.. not at work anyway. I almost threw a pen and book across the (open plan) office at no one in particular while I was on the phone to mentalist woman... but I'm shocked I spazzed out today - I am normally very calm in these situations.

What is the best / funniest and most ridiculous way, upon reflection, that you have 'lost your cool'?
