I purchased Neil Young: Chrome Dreams II, from Amazon marketplace (where I make most of my CD purchases). CD turned up in the post today, and was a lightscribed CD-R with poor quality artwork.

What is amusing though is that the vendor wrote his full name and address on the envelope (handwritten), and inserted a copy of the amazon order that contained his home e-mail address. This means not only can I report him to Amazon but also if I can be bothered to the French trading standards people.
