hmmm... How can I be "enthusiastic about recruitment"?

dove_from_above [Edit] [Delete] 11:34, 14 November '07

I have a job interview this afternoon. Looks like it'd be a pretty cool thing to do, too. It's working in PR for Adecco, and whilst I've only got previous experience in the entertainment side of PR, the job spec and a conversation with somebody there have made me quite want this job

BUT, it says this:

"Ideally enthusiasm for and a working knowledge of employment legislation and the recruitment industry"

I know nothing about this. I'm usually pretty good at winging stuff in interviews, but I fear this may stump me. Any tips?

Also, it's between just me and one other person. If I don't get it, that pretty much just means they didn't like me as a person. Hurtful much?
