so this lil tick box thing that goes next to the reply button on a post-surely it should start unticked and if you want to vote for a voteworthy thread then you tick it. otherwise lazy people or not really bothereds will just leave it ticked and so threads will acrue a high vote count with little or no merit.

reply and leave the vote box ticked if you want the tick in the vote box to be something you actively have to do when you post (i.e the vote box stars empty).
