Hi rap fans!

Sorry to disappoint, but this is the name of my MP3 player. It is made by Sony.

When it was in my bag the circular logo thing fell off the back, leaving a big gaping hole into it's internal workings.
The machine died shortly thereafter.

If I send it to Sony will they fix it for free (it's still in it's guarantee period), or will they deem this to be negligent damage and fix it, then invoice me?

Anyone have any experience of this? Thankee.
