So I'm somewhat randomly going to Barcelona next month, and am a bit underprepared for what is apparently an amazing, amazing place. So anyone got any recommendations of things to see/do? We're staying in the Gothic quarter, which is apparently pretty nifty. But questions I do have are:

* I don't speak any Spanish/Catalan - is this going to be a massive problem?

* I really REALLY want to try and get a ticket for Barcelona vs Stuttgart in the Champions League - can non-members get them in advance, or could I just get a ticket on the night?
