I've had a bowl of shreddies for each of the last three day's breakfasts and at no point have i managed to make it through until 11, let alone half 12 without craving for some kind of food stuffs.

I guess this thread can go two ways: what do you eat for breakfast that keeps hunger at bay until the noon Greggs visit?; and which advertising false claims annoy you the most?
