Why are all adverts these days supposed to be like something you see on youtube?

yes_ [Edit] [Delete] 17:02, 4 December '07

Everything is "wow look at this chain reaction resulting in a humorous climax" or "wow all these people did something at the same time" or "wow that must have been difficult to organise, despite being essentially pointless". Are people REALLY that fickle?

See: that beer advert
that advert with the people chucking the rainbow coloured stuff about
that advert for orange or something
that HORRIBLE vodafone one where people turn stuff on its side and it becomes a car.
